We LOVE this campground and been going there for a few years now. The only reason I only gave it 2 stars because, the last time we were there (July 2021), our canvas tent and everything in it was stolen. I just want everyone to be aware of that.

Found this campground when I was a kid and never went anywhere else. This area and Russell Pond to be my favorite and many of my friends love it too. My brother and I try to get here as often as possible

I take my kids camping here every summer; starting our summer camping with a big group Memorial Camping trip. It's a great place to camp with family and friends or even solo. Right now it is currently closed due to previous campers who decided it was smart to leave food out so bears could get to it. Intentionally or unintentionally, to those people...thanks for ruining it for the rest of us who actually abide by the rules knowing there's a legitimate reason why those rules are to be strictly enforced.
