Ive been to this location twice now. There was only one lady who was nice and didn't give off any attitude. I wanted to believe third times a charm but i showed up to the location 08/02/2022 and it's 15 minutes past open and the store is still not open. There are a few customers lingering around waiting for them to open but I've counted 9 customers in total who left, one who even approached security to ask what was going on. Its a really bad look when a business doesn't open at it's scheduled time but even worse when the associates are known to have attitudes. If you can avoid this location, make the travel to another store or just go to Lane Bryant or Torrid. I'm pretty sure the mall imposes fines to locations that don't open on time so i know along with the customers lost and the store not opening, its costing the company serious money right now. Not returning to this location unless they get new management.

Have your tracking info ready then try these 2 steps. First go to your shippers website. Input the tracking number. If that doesn't give you the results you need (second) Contact the customer ASHLEY STEWART service department. Make sure you have your receipt and tracking info so you can get QUALITY ASSISTANCE.
