Consistent quality service. Called another bike shop in college park and I guess they got tired of my voice because 1. The hung up on me and 2. When I called back, there accused me of hanging up on them. Fixed my minor issues on my mountain bike and fully assembled my cruiser.

I'd really recommend going into the shop. I just purchased my first bike from them after they took into account my needs, then measured and fitted a bike for me. They're super nice and easy to talk to
