Smart and efficient. They know what they're talking about.

I was able to get a consultation scheduled just two days in advance. The receptionist was great and I appreciated that they took a few minutes longer to explain the consultation process even though it was a few minutes past closing time. The attorney I worked with did alright for this consultation. They were able to provide some peace of mind which was much needed. It may help to have someone else taking notes, especially during a paid consultation, so that the attorney can be more engaged. However, they answered nearly all of my questions, and were kind enough to allow a last minute question to be answered, which consequently extended past the 30 minute limit.

If you have a custody arrangement, and you have a court ordered right to parent time with your daughter and your ex is depriving you of that, then she is in violation of a court order.

Isabel. Thank for contacting us regarding your son. We could provide him a free consultation via telephone. We can be reached at 801-FATHERS to set up the consultation.
Call the main line from Google and speak to the secretary, she'll direct you.
Contact the Jolley & Jolley attorneys directly. They can help your son, and help make things right. But legal advice is generally not free, and asking for legal advice online is usually not a good idea. Acting on ad hoc legal "counsel" often ends poorly. Ask the professionals. Jolley and Jolley helped me, above and beyond.
Probably not at Jolley and Jolley, they specialize in family law.
Try a different law firm that has a specialty in that kind of thing, this one specializes in family law. You wouldn't go to a doctor who specializes in heart medicine for a broken leg, right?
Dainta. We help anyone who is trying to act in the best interest of the child(ren). You can call our office from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm (M-F) at 801-328-4377 to schedule a free consultation with one of our attorneys. There is no obligation and you will get many of your questions answered.

Julie. I'm sorry but we have no attorneys licensed in Colorado.
There is a lot of variation in their atyorneyz Nd they are over priced.
Jolly & Jolly offer a free initial consultation.
You can research "Modest Means" attorneys, as well as Unbundled attorneys (no retainer, hourly rate only. Cheaper in the short term but you pay more overall) However in the field of law, you really get what you pay for.
