This place is terrible and a nightmare. The refrigerator has a problem. (Before and after) freezing our food, the bottom drawer turns liquid any color. Water was coming from behind the drawer all the way up to the freezer, and when I pulled the drawer out, there was a puddling of ice on the bottom. Every time, we had to clean it out.There is a lot of ice in the freezer. To clean it out, I had to crush the ice. That is not typical. I attempted to empty the small square inside the freezer, but it was completely frozen. (On the sixth image, zoom in closer). We believe the frozen link down to the fridge is not normal. That was taking place. We were told on the patio by Abby and a Mexican man that we weren't allowed to use the patio for the dogs' potty or anything else, and we did as they said. The man (speaking Spanish and I believe he is Mexican) was amazing and hard-working. After a while, someone turns on the sprinkler and forgets not to turn on the water on the patio. When I called for emergency maintenance, the same guy showed up again. He wasn't pleased with the landlord or anyone who would do that to us. So he had to clean up the puddling on the patio and get into the master bedroom and dining room, Also, this is the third time someone has turned on the sprinkler. I don't accept this behavior, and why would anyone want to live in such a horrible place?

My lights were out in my kitchen. Maintenance was here lickity split and replaced the lights for me. They also brought me some new blind slat replacements. I appreciate the great job they do!

We lived there for just over 3 years. Before management changed it was amazing now it’s the absolute worst. We had a top floor however our downstairs neighbors constantly hit their ceiling/our floor all the time because they could hear us walking and they did nothing about it. The Maintance staff is awesome, however the rest of the staff suck’s. DO NOT RENT HERE. 90% of the time the pool is closed. About every other day. The dog run is filthy. And don’t think about being able to use the park on the weekends as there is always a kids sport going on. The river ends up smelling awful as the water gets stagnant.
