If I could give a zero, I would. I live in one of Bridge Property Management complexes in Washington State. In the six months I have lived here, their has been three manager changes. The first manager didn't give me any information about extra fees on the lease. The second manager was willing to work with me on behind rent but she promised extra security here because my van window took a bullet hole and the converter was cut off. No security seen anytime. The third manager that just came in is not willing to work with me on rent. All this property management cares about is money. They don't care about their tenants at all!!!! I can't even get a hold of them. The way they run their properties are a joke. When I moved in, I had no hot water. Maintenance came and tried to fix it. A week later, no hot water. Maintenance came again and tried to fix it. Now I can't even run my dish washer because it trips a breaker leading to the hot water tank. I argued with one of the ladies in the office about hot water being an emergency. They don't fix up their apartment units but of course they repave a new parking lot to raise the rent. If you are moving and come across an apartment with Bridge Property Management it will be the biggest mistake ever for you.

On 6/24/22 my unit flooded including 3 surrounding units due to negligence of a maintenance worker . At 3 am the maintenance worker entered a vacant unit and burst a water pipe. I was never informed and instead woke up to a flooded unit. The maintenance workers are always loitering in vacant units and not working . Willnayris O Property Manager informed me their would be no compensation for any damages and that although the entire unit flooded the the unit is still habitable. Even though this was at fault of no one except maintenance and they’re 100 % liable . On 6/23/22 a maintenance worker attempted to enter my unit without notice. This has happened (3) times in which I’ve informed the leasing office each time no avail . The latest incident was handled by Carmen H and she advised she had no knowledge as to why the worker entered the unit and stated my account was notated not to enter without consent . When I confronted the worker he asked did I have a washer and dryer. The same washer and dryer I rent from the apartments. He’s attempting to enter my unit with no notice when he could have simply asked the office .I have notified the staff of a black mold issue to no avail . Caribbean Breeze is in non-compliance with the lease agreement/ Section 12 Unless the damage or wastewater stoppage is due to our negligence, we're not liable Florida Statutes/housing codes 83.55 , 85.53 , and 83.51 Caribbean Breeze has accepted no liability and any of these instances. Update: On 6/25/2022 while re positioning a fan left by Matrix . I slipped and fell in my kitchen causing me to hit my face and break a tooth . I was rushed to the ER. I have head and neck injury and dental trauma

Go to your leasing office and they should be able to help you. Each property is different.
