In our room we had no smoke alarm at all. The staff was okay. When we got there they were rude but when we checked out they were nice. They need to update their website because there are multiple things that are inaccurate. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Even during the covid! My kids had fun They enjoyed the pool so much stayed inside the pool all day long. Everyone was very polite and great. The room was cozy for our overnight stay. Kids didn’t even want to leave. I will be back again since we live in town here.

The front desk woman was awesome. She is the only reason I didn't rate this hotel lower. The hotel is extremely run down and the pool was closed and used as a storage room when I was there. In the first room I was assigned the toilet didn't work and the tub was a disaster. The second room wasn't perfect but it was much better. I think I was the only one staying on that floor and it was kind of spooky. Odds and ends furniture was stored in the hall. The hotel appears to be perhaps a boarding house. I arrived late at night and people were hanging out in front in portable lawn chairs. Everyone was pleasant but as a single woman it made me a little nervous and I wouldn't leave the room until morning.

It's a far cry from the pictures displayed on hotels dot com. The hotel is in a state of disrepair. There is no pool as pictured. The room had drywall patch fillers all over, missing towel rods, but the posts and screws still in the wall. My wife took a bath, sitting on a bath mat, noticed filth floating in the water, they don't clean under the mat. We didn't realize they don't service the rooms during the stay. Morning coffee was cold, food preparedness wasn't at a good flow (ran out often) the service area was messy. On Friday my son heard an employee yelling at the manager about how poorly the hotel was being run. The lobby floors were trashed the whole time we were there. The bed was comfortable.
