Michelle went above and beyond and I couldn't be more impressed with the Customer Service at Complete RV Repair. I live in NH and am buying an RV in WI. Prior to it being picked up to bring home, and while still in possession by the (now) prior owner, Michelle and her team got the rig dewinterized, put on 6 new tires, replaced the house batteries, and patched some sealant cracks. She helped me troubleshoot and problem solve logistics challenges, and was kind, prompt, and thorough throughout. I won't be able to see any of the work until the rig is delivered to me in a couple of weeks, so I can't speak to quality just yet, but as of now I can say I've loved working with Michelle, and I would not hesitate to reach out again if I needed anything done in the area again. Mark and Michelle are awesome to work with. They do quality work at fair price! Last year needed repairs on our trailer done and he did them for a fiat price. This year got in a little accident with it and Mark made it look brand hew! I will never go anywhere else and we live in Janesville. They worth the distance!
