Saw Jon Lovitz here recently. I was very impressed with the venue. Someone pulled a fire alarm just before the show, but we were allowed back in 20 minutes later. Jon was awesome!

A lovely old theater that showcases a variety of movies, talents, and activities. Absolutely worth supporting. 👀👌😎💯

They have tours do I'd imagine it would be ok
They're showing "Jaws" in June. They show a lot of older movies. Check out their website (thecolonialtheatre.com) for more information.
Check the theater website to see what's playing. Lots of offerings some may be appropriate for children currently including "Mary Poppins Returns", if it is still showing.
Hi Janet! All of our screenings of Bohemian Rhapsody ran as scheduled this weekend. We just did a search on social media and it looks like the Colonial Theatre in Belfast, ME (no relation to our theatre) canceled all of their Bohemian Rhapsody screenings. We are located in Phoenixville, PA. We hope this answers your question.
Unfortunately the elevator does not take you directly to the balcony level of the historic auditorium. Once you exit the elevator you would still need to navigate some steps to get into the balcony. Our plans for our Phase 2 renovation include remediating this.
Not really sure, but just saw Palmer from Emerson, Lake and Palmer there-great show!!
Hi Tim! the concert is still on for tonight. See you at the theatre!
Hello! I am a member of the Colonial Theatre staff. Nick is correct! The Tragedy of Macbeth ends tomorrow, January 13.
I did not see "Die Hard" listed on the 2021 December films being played at the Colonial Theatre.
$10 normally. Different for members and special events.
When you walk in the person that you give tour ticket to will tell you.
It depends on the type of membership you wish to purchase. A basic membership is $40/year ($30 for students). You can get more perks etc by going to a higher tier. I have the basic membership, and get tix at a discount for individual movies. Also, you can sometimes get access to live event tickets before they officially go on sale. Hope this helps
Check out their website. They list all the movies they are showing for the next few months. They have both digital and 35mm film projection. If your lucky you can find a movie showing on film :)
