Terrible place to live at . The Front office lady Jane she’s very nice and sweet but the property manager is extremely rude to her coworker and even worse to the residents of the community. She’s super miserable and will make extremely unnecessary actions to certain situations . There is extremely no parking and there is probably 20 guest parking throughout the whole complex . The apartments are very old and poor well maintained . If you want to live at a place peacefully without any one calling your attention for every single thing Do Not move this community . They need different management!!!!!

Terrible parking, HOA creates problems then blames residence for they're created problems, maintenance has been here twice to fix the garbage disposal, and AC. No parking spots open after 6PM, you not allowed to park across the street at Publix or else you'll get towed, can't park in the community somewhere out of the way or you'll get booted and charged 65$. HOA installed secondary gates and ever since then neither of my 100$ fobs work and if you go in through the exit, even if you don't hit anything, they still want to evict you. ANYONE WITHOUT AN SUV BEWARE: If you live on the far side and have to go all the way around there's very steep speed bumps the whole way and I doubt anyone is willing to pay for new shock absorbers when they prematurely blow due to these massive speed bumps. Not necessarily the community's fault: living here for 3 years and the maintenance crew has been here twice for both issues: The AC not cooling the upper loft area and the garbage disposal jamming a day after the maintenance guy "unjammed it"

The two women who work in the front office (jane, jeanine or something like that) are so rude! The property manager talks over everyone like she owns the place and honestly probably hates her job. Was considering and in the application process and that changed my mind about moving there. There are also roaches in the units, and the structures and grounds seem like they need repairs.
