The answer is a bit subjective. Concrete and clay tiles exhibit very similar properties when it comes to roofing tiles. Clay is heavier, so the roof's structure would need to be able to handle the extra weight. Clay is also known for the versatile styles that can be achieved, as well as being a more old-world style. Here in South Florida, clay barrel tiles can be found on many roofs that capture the more mediterranean flair. But in the end, both tiles are great, and the choice usually comes down to taste and cost.
