Incredible! I lived here for one year, and my experience at the Metropolitan has been fantastic. The leasing agent was really helpful and responsive. The staff is excellent; everyone is just so kind. I will miss talking to Willie when walking in the lobby. The maintenance is super responsive, and Fran is amazing! The unit I was in was great. When I arrived, it was clean and tranquil. You don't hear noises from your neighbors, which is highly appreciable. The whole residence is safe with someone being at the front desk 24/7. I have never had any issues with my packages. Joanne is also fantastic; she is very responsive and helpful regarding any questions you may have. If I have the chance, I'll go back to the Metropolitan. Thank you all for this beautiful year!!

I echo other reviewers about Kevin - he has been nothing but amazing since the first time my friend and I walked through the door to tour the apartments a few months ago. I am moving in tomorrow and will update this review once I know what living at the Metropolitan is like, but so far, I'm just so grateful to have a manager/landlord that is super attentive and good-hearted. :) UPDATE: I'm moving out of the Metropolitan soon and I can say that my experience here was incredible. All the staff was so professional, efficient and friendly. The location was good - it's just really loud, especially in the summer with traffic (music, ATVs, dirt bikes), which is the primary reason why I am moving out. I will missing living here and talking to Willie, a front desk person, who has always been so helpful and treats everyone with such kindness and respect. If you are considering The Metropolitan as your next home, do it - move in if you can sleep through the loud traffic in the summer.

Incredible, memorable experience. One truly feels like part of a community at the Metropolitan and staff and management alike go above and beyond to create a sense of comfort and ease for residents. Fantastic rooftop deck, service elevator and dock for loading and unloading large items, secure mail room, relatively quiet apartments in spite of the location. Communal areas are thoughtfully designed.

Just moved into the Metropolitan and it has been a great experience. Kevin and the entire staff have been so responsive and helpful, everyone is so friendly, the building and all amenities are beautiful, and this had to be one of the easiest moves I’ve ever had. I’m really in love with this building and so happy I made the decision to move here.

This is an apartment community near Love Park. It seems like Google is showing our listing when people are searching for the Met venue, but there is no relationship between the properties.
