This place is a dump now. Poor management and customer service. No maintenance to keep the building maintained. For this place to be for disabled people. Nothing works like the elevator at no time was the recreation rooms are available. This place is ran down in the ground because of poor management skills.

I think there is a waiting list. Apply asap
No roommates unless you have your husband or family member living with you however they have to be approved to be on the lease and live there. There are 1 bedroom apartments and efficiencies but it is for low income disabled people only mostly in wheelchairs. I work in the building and a lot of residences are paralyzed that live here. Its not for regular people who are just looking to rent.
