The lady at the best Western was very rude to me and the room coast to much this is what I would pay at the beach but not in taft ca. After the way I was treated I will never be back in that place again I believe that people like her should never be working in a place like a motel or in a place that is working or where they have to be around people

Clean rooms. Good wifi on the 1st floor. Nice location. Everything works. They have a gym and swimming pool. Hard to get people on the phone when you call. I called twice and let it ring for minutes at a time before I got someone on the line so be patient.
