Brought my mom in at 10 am its now noon we're still sitting in lobby waiting. Asked desk workers how much longer, was told my mom was next. 30 min later, they called in a women who just got here. Also attitudes here are rude!

Needed a covid test for myself and my 4 month old baby. Was told it would be a 3 hour wait. We could wait in the lobby or in the car. Decided to wait in the car, since we both had fevers and coughs. 3 hours came and went, with no call. Finally decided to call and ask what's going on, was told it won't be too much longer. Here I am 5 hours later and still NOTHING.

One star for waiting 1.5hr for a Covid test. They have a drive through but you need an appointment. If you want to be in and out this is not the place at all. I would ask about the wait maybe make an appointment if you have the thought early enough but more than likely go else where.

A decent facility to come to for a quick check up, usually clean and low to moderately occupied, and you can be seen that day if you are patient enough to wait. Well one morning I arrive there early enough before they open about 15mins before. Well I know I was a walk-in. But so were the others before me & they does that arrived in line after me. We all confirmed who had an appointment and one person did which was the 1st person there. In short I walked in on behalf of my 7 month old who was with me and at the time my baby boy had a cough with a possibility of bronchitis and I quickly filled it out that intake paper that you get before you sit. Well my 7 month old at the time, pretty much had to wait almost 3hrs to be seen which was b.s. bc the ppl that arrived after me and handed in the intake paper after me had their child seen or was seen themselves. I know I’m know king and my baby no prince but a boy about 8yrs old with an ear ache was prioritized over bad chest congestion. There is this one receptionist that gives my wife an attitude every time we go I don’t know here name I will update this later if need be.
