I recently bought a dishwasher from Lowes and the customer service was deplorable. After Lowe’s missed my delivery window and then finally delivered but refused to install, I’d had it. I called Crossroads to finish the job. Mario was extremely accommodating, got me on their installation schedule within 36 hours, and all for less than half the price than Lowes was going to charge. Mario showed up on time, was a total professional and worked quickly. He even went out of his way to advise me on various installation options for no extra charge. I will never shop at Lowes again, but more importantly I will be going to Crossroads first the next time and every time I need anything appliance related.

Fair amount. There's another appliances store on the next block and they have been in the business for over 50 years. This is operated by the local.
