Drove through and ordered a hot fudge sundae. They used a plastic cup for my ice cream. The hot fudge was stuck to the entire inside of the plastic cup so it was practically an edible and all I can eat was the vanilla ice cream. Total waste of money.

IDK- maybe Sonic had some issues with un-picked up orders so they don't make them till you get there, I don't know. But anytime I go to a fast food restaurant or a sit-down restaurant I never mind how long they take because I want my food cooked properly. I would only be complaining if it was raw or old plus time consuming.
