I called and explained to Nancy that my all-in-one computer was giving me all kind of grief. I couldn’t get on the Internet because it was constantly popping up an error message that stated I couldn’t open the apps because of a missing JavaScript extension. I have no idea what that is, but Nancy did, and she explained at the time she was pretty busy but if I wasn’t in a big hurry that she could probably get it back to me by tomorrow. During the next day she stayed in touch with me by phone giving me updates, and before giving it back to me the next afternoon, she helped me over the phone to correct an even bigger issue I was having with my Gmail account. Keep in mind this software problem was not something that fell under the very reasonable estimate that she had given me for a computer cleanup. But she hung in there with me and together we were able to get my two missing email accounts back and all coming into one inbox as they were supposed to have done all along. That in itself was a HUGE help to me, but on top that she still only charged me for the computer cleanup. You can’t find that kind of service anywhere else, so don’t take your computer anywhere else. I’ll be a customer for life! 👍

I came and dropped my laptop off, he called the next day saying he had it back up and running. Which was FANTASTIC because I desperately need it for school. I wasn't willing to pay too much for this laptop because I only originally paid 700 for it like 4 years ago, so I chose to not have him fix the screen, but he did give me a new hard drive and upgraded me to solid state for an affordable price. He's really friendly, and very honest. I'd definitely come here again.

Call me at 589 6373. What is the m/b you're trying to update? I want to make sure I have a CPU to do the bios flash. Each m/b is different.
If it's a 15" non-touchscreen, about $175. If it's a touchscreen, call. Its may not be worth replacing.
