Had a half cow processed by them. All the meat we received was spoiled and terrible smell. We have taken the spoiled meat to them twice and they claimed they couldn’t smell anything. It has stunk up the whole house several times now. They refuse to work with us on a refund or making this situation right. Don’t use them!

They ruined our beef and then refused to communicate with us or refund our processing fee. Awful business practices. Dishonest people.

Took a beef to be processed. The ladies behind the counter were very helpful. One of the processors even took the time to talk to me about my beef. Let's see if the finished product turns out as well. So far I would give Edgefield FIVE STARS.

We do sell beef heart in our storefront in Dunlap.
It costs 37 cents per pound live weight with a $25 kill fee. Hanging weight charges are typically higher than live weight fees because the offal weight has already been taken into account and you will pay for that wherever you go.
This is not a true butcher shop, this is more a slaughter house. They have a lot of fresh butchered items for sale (pork/steak, etc.), but it has been recently frozen!
