The store in-and-of itself is a good store. The one major downfall is your cashier Monica she is beyond petty petty and rude. I came in yesterday and today. Yesterday to buy a few things. Yesterday was an experience in-and- of itself When I was checking out for whatever reason my card declined aren't the kind and she had to enter the card manually which already sounds suspicious Shouldn't goes and tries tries to tell my mom who's a customer right behind her oh I'm worried about her card declining on her again which by the way it hasn't it's just really rude that she's coming up with excuses. Anywho today I come in to a apply job because after I call to let them know what happened they asked me to apply for a job because They think I'd be a great team member. Monica again decides to bring up yesterday and act like it's a big deal still because you got in trouble it's not my fault She has used to listen to constructive criticism about how she creates customers Please And sincerely fire her you don't need someone like that in your store

Since the new manager has been hired the store has gotten bad and overpriced. Yesterday I went saw a Womens t shirt with a hole in it for 5 dollars. And a beat up pair of shoes for 19.99. A purse with a huge stain on the leather for 19.99. All good brands but very damaged so not worth it. Do they think shoppers will buy damaged junk. It’s a no nonsense type store which I like. The people are friendly except the manager. But they need to discard worn out items or at least mark it appropriately. I think they need to hire a manager that understands the community she is serving.

Extremely rude manager. Heard her yelling while I was shopping and then she yelled at the perfectly nice cashier checking me out when he did absolutely nothing wrong. She needs listens on treating employees with respect and professionalism.
