The worst possible place to visit I was served by a bank agent called ANETT, a person who constantly referred me when I asked her questions that she knew she had to ask and that she should leave it to her, who had been born in this country, that the banking service was a exceptional favor (which is true for us because I went to put my savings at his disposal) that he was going to do for me, and then he stressed to me that Cubans and Latinos in general with asylum status who are going to put their money in their bank do not have the right to it. Constant xenophobic and racist anti-Latino comments a horrible deal! The ATMs in the lobby to this place never work. Doesn't matter what time or what day, the don't work.

Total Dudd Bank is a trash bank. They have signs posted inside the branch that say "we love you", and then turn around and close your account without a reason charge you a fee for cashing a business account holders check. They do not care about the customer. If a bank says they love you, RUN! They stopped the coin counting because they were sued due to ripping people off with those machines.
