Two weeks ago,, I had an EECU employee (branch by the airport) tell me they could refinance my 6.5% loan into the current promotion rate of 4.5%. Two major details never resolved and annoying. So I've transferred my account elsewhere. Wait time on phone can be an hour or longer. Tried the automatic call back once and no one called back. …We appreciate your feedback.
