Probably don't go here on a Saturday night. It was rather crowded. However, the security guard at the door was very kind with a great sense of humor! Prices are pretty good too.

Undeniable proof of the state's antiquated and poorly thought out liquor laws. Staff was rude and couldn't control the flow of the line at all. Cherry on top, somebody hit somebody else in the parking lot the night I was there.

Unfortunately no. There's not a specific law I can find, but the stores are owned by the state government so I guess they choose not to.

You may want to check services such as Lyft or Uber, however the State of Utah is really big on the restrictions of third-party sales, and does not offer such a service.
