Outstanding experience. I rolled in without any reservation to park for 6 days without issue. They kindly directed me to a spot and a shuttle came by every 10 minutes offering me a ride while I packed my bags to leave. I was mildly concerned about thieves damaging my truck or dirtbike, but they have a good fence and well lit lot, so it was not an issue. The best part about this experience were the shuttle drivers that took me to and from the airport. They were both very friendly, made great conversation on the short drive, and seemed to love their jobs. The daily rate wasn't bad either, about $10/day. I'll definitely use this lot again. Thank you!

The pricing here is really good compared to long term air port parking. I have also interacted with multiple drivers here on separate trips and they are all genuinely nice people. I lost the key to our car this last trip, and only discovered it once we got dropped off back to our car. One of the other drivers stopped while we were figuring out what to do and allowed us to sit in their break room while we waited for another car key to arrive. On the wall of the break room it says “Rule #1: If we don’t take care of the customer, somebody else will.” These guys really took care of us and I could feel the genuine care. Definitely recommend them!

Worst customer service! The lady at the kiosk treated us like children. She talked down to us and was very dismissive of us. She refused to give us information about the shuttle and had a really bad attitude. I ended up asking to cancel my whole reservation and requested a refund and she got mad and gave me a sorry apology for not having a “cheerful attitude” for me. I was very patient with her and she insisted on interrupting me and patronizing me. I requested a refund and she said it would take a few days to process after trying to convince me the shuttle was coming at any moment. I hope my refund gets processed. This happened on 8/20/22 at 6:30 am

There are different rates. Call and ask. Very nice people to deal with.
I just did the reservation for what i thought the times would be and paid online. Then at the end they figured my actual time and refunded me the amount of my coupon, so worked out great!

Bob, Park n Jet has two parking lots--the Mountain Lot and the Arch Lot--both easily accessed off of the 7th North exit of I-215 and 2200 West. Our standard parking rate is $8.95 per day (look for coupons at parknjet.com). Park n Jet has prepaid parking cards and monthly parking for added value and discounts. Park n Jet offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport from each parking lot. Park n Jet is the only Utah owned off-airport parking company and has been keeping our customers' vehicles secure for over 30 years.
