Some nice staff but some need better training, my family member did say a few of the trainers were very nice, but shop around for better facilities.

The facility is not as nice as some, but the staff is understanding and compassionate. A lot of the issue with these places is the wait time for when they press the button, and also how rough they are with the patients. Thankfully, my mother was able to pass in a peaceful manner, and was understanding with me visiting for such long hours. The nurses would explain and examine all issues. I am thankful they were kind, and they all know who I am just by talking about this here, so thank you for everything.

For the most part everything there's good but they need to do much better background checks on their employees, particularly the aides. Many seriously complaints of inappropriate behaviors have been talked about among the residents. I have witnessed incident which seriously concerns me as a patient. Enough to seriously reconsider recommend this facility
