Best Western Clovis Cole

We stay at BW Clovis Cole several times a year, when we visit our daughter and her family. We use it as an extra bedroom. We love that it is in the heart of Old Town, walking distance to restaurants, Soup n Scoops, family-owned shops etc. The farmers markets are especially fun! The pool area at BW is always clean, breakfast is above average for a BW and this trip especially the entire hotel seemed like management has stepped up their game. We highly recommend this hotel when in the Clovis area.

This was the worst stay ever! The AC turned multiple times and I called front desk and she had us unplug and plug back. It’s night time figure it would be as bad, nope warm. So we had a restless night. The maintenance guy came , got his name and it was segundo. He went up and it was warm said the battery was low. I go down stairs to talk to the front desk and her name was Carol! She was so rude! Didn’t understand what I was saying. Then as we proceed to leave I figure I didn’t have my Apple Watch and called and talked to Carol and she said go ahead and come back the room has not been cleaned… mind you I was not even 4 minutes away and when sent my son in she told him they had already cleaned it and nothing was found. I get off and tell her nope I left on the bed and she’s like no but I can have someone go with you. I’m like yes and I can have my son sound the phone alert That’s when the cleaning lady came out with the watch. Stay away from this hotel, the worst service ever.

Positive: Super clean, well maintained. The staff are nice, and friendly. Perfect location, many nice restaurants, bars, and shops in walking distance. Cute little town, there is always some kind of festival going on. I love staying there.
