FHIA installed our windows and french doors. One of the doors has a failed seal. The company came out and took a look at the door and agreed to replace it. They let us know that it would take a couple of months to manufacture and to call back to see if the door had come in then. This was back in October 2020. Well it's been almost two years... two years, and this door has not been replaced. In April of 2021 we were told that the new door was in. On April 19th 2021 we had an appointment to have the new door installed. However, we were contacted that day to let us know that the new door was not actually in and to expect it in another couple of weeks and to call back (guess that was a lie). We called back in a couple of weeks but did not get a hold of anyone and no one would return our messages. We've been calling every month since then. Placed a BBB complaint in early August 2022, and they called immediately and stated that they would have the door replaced by August 26th. Then, radio silence. Oh and when they did come out they claimed that they "Ordered the wrong door". This happened three times.

We went with the company after the sales lady gave her presentation. They failed inspection 3 times!!! The employee comes unprepared, complaining about having to repair his mistake. The top bedroom window leaked from the torrential downpour and it they came out without a ladder to seal and it looks awful!!! My wall and baseboard are damaged. The other windows have gaps. We emailed them requesting an worker and for them to resolve the damages, still have not heard back. The employee speaks no English and doesn’t understand the inspector. I’m beyond disappointed with the them!

Buyer beware this company will tell you to sign paper work while the inspection is taking place and once the inspectors leave your house the field manager of a subcontractor company will lie and say he forgot the screens he will be back another day to install them. Well guess what two months later you will be calling him and he will hang up on you. Then you will try to call FHIA Florida home improvement that has 162 complaints at the better business bureau and the installation office will tell you well we just ordered your window screens which is another lie. And you wait another two years calling every months and it will never arrive. You know what arrived the bill that loan for $15,000 on screen windows that you never get installed. Yes that's exactly what happened to me with this shady company I thought I could trust BJ's wholesale club by trusting their subcontractor with FHIA LLC out of Hollywood, FL. Buyer remorse buyer beware
