The worst customer service. The seller edwin was not able to make the order well and they do not give a solution to their errors, they only cancel and try to make the order again after 5 days that the money is returned, apart from canceling the order that did not correspond. A waste of time. On the other hand when calling the store none of the other salesmen are able to help with what happened. Terrible service from the entire store.

On Friday evening I stopped into this AT&T store to make another attempt at rectifying my father’s AT&T account. My father passed away earlier this year and we were trying to uncombine his account, set up auto bill pay, terminate unwanted services and get his account in order. After countless hours through multiple phone calls, being transferred to many different departments, and a previous attempt at stopping in another location, I finally found someone who knew what they were doing. In no time at all Laura Livingway was able to accomplish what many others have tried and failed. I am truly grateful for her assistance in what should not have been this difficult! Thank you for the great service!
