I had been having problem activating a new plan and porting my number to AT&T. After nearly two weeks of struggling through phone calls with the company I gave up and came in to try to make an appeal for assistance in person. I was greeted by Lynette who attentively listened to my concerns and, working with her awesome colleague Michelle, resolved my problems fully utilizing all of the stores resources. I’m in the customer service industry and I can recognize when it’s done right - a huge thanks to Lynette & Michelle for their assistance through a particularly tricky problem and renewing my feeling that I’m making the right move by switching to AT&T!
