I went back to this store after being a longtime customer for 7 years from Joe the original owner. We always got great treatment until today. The girl Cindy behind the counter was horrible. She knew nothing about the phones or service. She was condescending and sarcastic and rude. I will never go back again. If corporate wants to contact me please do before I contact your corporate office. Do not go to this location ever!

Yes, but there's a service charge to pay in the store. You're better off paying on line.

I crack my cell screen and it is interfering with my dialing texting and even ability to read the screen. I do have insurance. Can i bring it to the metro- tmobile store? How lng to fix it?
