A very bad service. The RV i rented was in very bad conditions, leaking water constantly from the grey water tank. The wheel was constantly pushing the RV to the right ad made it very uncomfortable to drive. Take a look at the billing details cause they charge things that doesn't correspond. My advice: look for an alternative company.

RV was nice, AC worked, we had hot water, however the RV had a roach infestation, we didn't realize it until we were four hours away from the rental location. Ended up being an uncomfortable weekend.

This was the worst experience I have ever had . Rented an RV for 3 days it rained inside the RV more than outside it was like we had an indoor waterfall the beds were wet we ended sleeping on the driver and passenger seat of the vehicle we provided video and pictures thru email still no response only a confirmation email . I can’t believe such a big company and not even the customer service reps can call back . I rented on the 11/05/21 and still on 11/26/21 they have not contacted me back . They also don’t disclose everything to you when you rent the RV you find out when you come back and see the bill . Never again . Stay away from this RV rental place . I will be posting pictures and video on social media so others don’t end up making the same mistake .
