The only place that makes my BLT Pizza the way I asked them to make it and it's done right! Though it's very expensive comparatively. But mostly worth it cuz it was perfect and it was hot.

Place makes good pizza don’t get me wrong. We waited an hour after being told 30 min. Just sat in the parking lot going back in twice to be told it still wasn’t ready. Asked if they could throw in a ranch for the wait and told me “no you have to pay for that”. Tip: don’t expect too much of these Jackson workers. It’s just ranch, how cheap can you get

I've gotten pizza at this Cottage Inn, and another one some distance away. Neither have had good customer service. It seems to be a problem with the franchises. Apparently the parent company does not care very much about how business is done under their name. They do not set up any sanctions for their franchisees to do good customer service
I paid for delivery.... I also have a sick husband at home that has to have a transplant and I wasn't feeling good myself. Is this how a business is run??
Our online service offerd a point scale for ur loyalty but I'm sorry the new service is no longer offering this .

There's deep dish pizza for sure. I don't think there is stuffed crust.
