So disappointed. Once again this Applebee’s is very excuse ridden and makes the customers feel like it is their fault. Today’s salad ( which is my go to at all Applebee’s) came out with brown strawberries. When brought to the state-of-the-art the wait staff then manager, comment was made that the didn’t see anymore brown strawberries in the carton. I was brought different strawberries from another carton that had been sliced. No apology, no new salad. Wish could have posted picture.

Went in knowing it’s Friday and there would be a wait. However the hostesses who greeted us were extremely rude and short with us. Had to ask them if there was a waiting list for us to join. After added we stepped aside and waited. Got a bar table unfortunately, unfortunately my fiancé misplaced his ID although we were understanding that we had to move however the waitress was extremely rude as was the hostess that had to retrieve us and move us. Deciding that it’s Friday and we’ve already been through enough waiting we thought it’s be smooth sailing from here. The next waitress was extremely inattentive(let drinks get completely empty, ignored us on multiple occasions asking for help), interrupted us while ordering, and just extremely unsatisfactory. The appetizer was the best part of the entire meal itself. Everything was correct, cooked decently. As expected. If you want to save yourself some hassle, order the classic combo to go because at least then, you don’t waste two hours of your life and more money that the experience is worth.

For having one server in the entire building and more than half filled restaurant she did pretty good. The Manager (possibly GM) did everything he could to look busy other than trying to help his only server out. Perception is that there is very poor leadership and left his server on an island to fend for herself. Food was average and the drinks were not consistent. Colors didn't match the advertisement and overlly sweet.
