Submitted an online appointment request. Never got a confirmation email. Called the next day during their normal business hours to check on appointment and their phone was off. Now I get an email today (6 days before the appointment) saying they need to reschedule my appointment. I replied to their email and the email bounced back as undeliverable. Shady and unprofessional. Hard pass.
