We are currently dealing with harassment from this person. Every employee in this shop. The constant calls from blocked numbers and other numbers. They have been blocked. The sad part is we provided a LOANER phone for the customer to use while their phone is being worked on. A blown backlight filter tAkes TIME to fix. We will NOT tolerate this behavior from anyone. Its so awful how a customer thinks they can harass and mistreat a business that is doing their best to help them. You cannot verbally abuse us on the phone.

No, we don’t. It can’t be done. iCloud locked phones are for parts only unless the original owner can provide the Apple ID and password. We will buy the phone for parts if you have one and if we’re interested. We also sell legit iPhones if you accidentally bought an iCloud locked unit.

The most we can do is try to get the unit to boot in order to get important data off. Phones aren’t designed to be submerged or exposed to liquid but sometimes by changing parts the phone has a chance of survival.

Most repairs are done within hours, some in minutes. More involved repairs such as logic board issues, water damage, or data recovery can take a week or more. Some things will need to be outsourced so you’d have to be patient if it’s a more involved circumstance.

We can (factory) unlock, manipulate, and remove Google account locks on most Samsung model phones. We can carrier switch on iPhones, which is not the same as a factory unlock. The phone will still owe any financial obligations. Most LG phones can't be unlocked. We can also remove passcodes on iPhones and iPads but you would have to then have to know the Apple ID information to get back into the unit.
