Feel cheated. Extremely poor customer service. I went last Saturday. And enjoyed myself. My partner and I bought several bottles of wine. And I did not know exactly what was bought as I picked out two bottles and left the others to my partner. When we got home we were given the wrong bottle. From what my partner said, I thought we bought four bottles (because of the confusion between a bottle that was incorrect) but in fact bought three. When I called to discuss, I was told to either pay for the mistaken bottle or bring it back. I was surprised that BL would be able to accept the bottle back if it walked out the door. I knew what was missing and the incorrect bottle. When we resolved the problem and realized that the receipt was correct and there had been an incorrect bottle sent. The clerk took the incorrect bottle and put it back in inventory (most food items are not returnable)? And then wanted to charge me for a bottle I paid for and never received originally. This irritated me. When I got home, we had only purchased three bottles originally. So BL has now been paid twice for a bottle they only delivered once. By the way to correct a poblem caused by BL, I had to take and hour and drive 40 miles to then pay for a bottle I never received a second time. I was so unhappy with the customer service, that i paid with a $20 bill and left without getting the change. Congratulations BL you won a customer and then lost a customer (possibly permanently) over the very same trip. Great Job.

We have been here many times. Saturday night they had the best band / singer ever ! It was Jackson Vibe, Derrick Jackson was the amazing singer. Best time ever.
