Went to sporting goods to look at a gun. Rang the bell for service and a lady working watched me ring the bell and never stopped to help me. I stood back there for almost 20 minutes and no help. The same lady walked by at least 3 more times and never once offered to help. Customer service at the Auburn Walmart is absolutely horrible. They just lost over $1000 cause they're too lazy to help people.

I have been shopping here for over a year now and am beginning to regret it. With the exception of a few employees who have exceeded the needs of customer service, the competency and professional skill and attitude of the staff is severely lacking. I don't know how many times I walk into the store and see a greeter that doesn't greet and lacks basic social skills, store clerks who role their eyes rudely at customers, while they cluster into bands, often blocking people or aisles. The lack of variety of products is alarming, as they maintain a very limited selection of items, namely deli meats. How many kinds of bologna, turkey, chicken and ham can you sell? With the amount of trucks, clerks and other staff on sight you would think they would be more consistent with keeping shelves stocked; and no I'm not talking about shortages, but what they have in house. Customer service needs some attention as well, once I saw a lady waiting for 5 minutes until an employee managed to come out of the break room and assist her. Seriously, the staff here is incapable of this kind of incompetency, right? With the weekly price increases on goods served there I would think they have the revenue to hire better qualified people or invest in better customer training.

I get almost everything I need from here. They have a very wide selection of supplies. I get all my hair supplies from here. They almost never run out of stock if common items.

I wasn’t feeling well so I let my teenage daughter go in by herself to try on a dress or two that she needs for a banquet and she stood at the dressing rooms for 28 minutes ringing the bell and walking around looking for a worker to unlock the doors so she could try it on. Meanwhile I was calling the store over and over again (10 times to be exact) and nobody would answer. Finally my mother tried to help call too and had to get a hold of someone in the electronics and explain what’s going on and they said they would send someone over but instead my daughter said they just called someone over the intercom and she waited another five minutes which put her there for over a half an hour and nobody showed up!! So we gave up! Next time we will shop at Glik’s or go out of town for clothing and not shop at Walmart.
