My family and I had a wonderful experience renting a boat from them! Janet was very friendly and knowledgeable, and managed to accommodate us last minute. The boat was even thoroughly cleaned for us right before we got on. It was also perfectly situated near the Sandbar where we wanted to drive to. Highly recommend!!

I came to this rental place in year 2008 it was awesome so I returned about six months ago and it was garbage , I called many times before driving to there location from pembroke pines no answer so I drove after I looked at there website explained walk ups only for there freedom ride of one hour for $139.00 upon arrival the guy inside the small shed sleeping which I had to wake up , I explained im ready for two jetskies for that freedom ride one hour and tells me I can't sell you what I don't have , are you serious I say then he tells me some group rented a tour ride , so I point out you have three jetskies parked and I'm ready to pay and no the guy won't budge , I even mentioned what there website clearly sayed I'm not inventing .I tried four other rentals close by and all booked so had to leave the keys. But this way of handling business leaves a sour taste on any one , poor customer service and the famous I don't care attitude. I decided to write this now because I would like to return but I just remembered the bad experience I had , I'll remember to pass on my experience through word of mouth as well not just here .
