nothing like trying to pick up a online order 10 minutes after it is supposed to be ready and told you're waiting on turkey. I requested dressing (as it's not a option on line) and I hear a very overweight gentleman say "nope he should have picked it" As open my back I have two soup spoons no plastic wear no salt no pepper no crackers for my soup...I get the kids turkey dinner and the turkey I was waiting on was ice cold the gravy looks like the cooks dehydrated urine watered-down yellow not gravy texture at all. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Awful. The food was poor but the customer service was the most disturbing. After arriving home with our order, we realized part of our order was missing. When I called to let them know (and I was not angry or curt in tone!) there was no apology. The server just stated, "oh, you can come get it." I said that is not an option right now for us. I asked if they could deliver the missing meal or refund my credit card. They server huffed and said I don't know. I sat on hold for 5 minutes and then they hung up on me. I called again. Asked for a manager. He was less than thrilled when he got on the line even before knowing why I was calling.After explaining we didn't receive part of our order and asked for a refund or the meal to be delivered. He refunded it. No apology. No attempt to retain us as a customer in the future. Nothing. He seemed annoyed and did the absolute minimum. What has happened to customer sevice in this country and pride in your work. Just awful. Awful!

The food was below subpar, very much a waste of money. This was our first time eating at a Bob Evan’s, and after this experience we will not be eating at another one again. The customer service was HORRID! Our waitress seemed like she didn’t care, we were not offered a refill while we were waiting for food or while eating. No offer of it at all! I’ve visited McDonalds with better customer service than this!

Not great. Service was good. Food was iffy, at best. Sausage tasted like sweat smells (and I buy Bob Evans sausage at the grocery all the time). Eggs were fluffy but tasteless. Gravy was a dark gray color. Probably won't return.

That is a question that you need to call Bob Evans Restaurant. Hours and time of service varys and can be possibly closed for the holiday.
