Ben came to fix our GE refrigerator, 6 1/2 years old originally bought at EBF. Based on the symptoms and his experience he suspected the internal fan on the inside of the refrigerator (not the one in the back on the bottom) was the culprit. He dismantled to fridge and confirmed his suspicion. While he didn't have the part on him he as able to try to revive the existing fan by aggressively lubricating it. This didn't work. In this day and age no one tries to fix something they just replace right away. He returned several days later with the correct part and fixed the problem. While he was here we asked him to take a moment to show us how to wire a stove we had just bought from EBF. He immediately was able to show us how to wire it up and also pointed to a diagram (which we missed) on the back of the stove. Great work Ben. Hopefully he is a valued employee.
