We adopted Joe from T&C. He was on great health and well mannered. The staff obviously cares about all of their future pets. Great no kill shelter.

I boarded my dog here. It's nice to support a business that is rescuing animals rather than profiting off them! I was really worried that he would think I was never coming back for him since he had been abandoned at a shelter by his first family but he seemed perfectly happy when I picked him up.

www.townandcountryhumanesociety.org has our adoptable animals.
Town and country only takes in animals that are in danger of being uthinized do to over crowding in a kill shelter. So, you are better off taking them to the nebraska humane society
Yes! Go to their website to fill out the boarding. I booked mine for the first time recently and Michelle was awesome!
TCHS might have emergency boarding available.
Yes, there are 2 guinea pigs currently at the shelter. The office is open 1 to 4pm tomorrow, if youd like to schedule an appointment or ask any further questions
Yes! We accept anything and everything that can be used for animals! If our shelter can not use it we put in a good pantry for the public to help out others who might need bedding!
Their prices vary by age. Roughly between $300 - $500 which is minimal as this covers their vaccinations, microchip, spay/neuter, etc. https://townandcountryhumanesociety.org/adopt/
Yes we do, however situations differ, if our facility is too full we help owners find another rescue that will take them in.
If you still need the help call us! We’d be happy to do our best or find someone who can better help you
My understanding is that they take any and all food donations.
I would suggest you call and talk to Maggie. Also ask for German shepherd rescue phone number. They might be full and might suggest calling Nebraska humane society
Animals that are available are listed on their webpage.
Yes! I believe the prices are listed on our website!
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age. If you're younger than 16, there are other ways to get involved. Your parents should contact the shelter and ask them about it.
Really I did not know that. I thought you took dogs and cats.
They are a no kill facility. Only for health and quality of life would they go to that extent.
I'm sorry honey but I don't have her, by the looks of the message Town and Country aren't picking her up til Saturday. The office opens at Noon to 5 p.m.
Yes we are a no kill shelter.
yes do u have pics
Yes, they take towels, cleaning products such as Mr clean, fabuloso, and cat litter to name a few. All is appreciated.
Depends on the situation. Once you fill out an application for a pet. They will do a walk thru of your home and let you know. I did not have a fenced in yard. But I live a block away from a dog park.
Yes. You can call the office and leave a message. And someone who knows more details will get back to you
Yes they will use them to keep warm.
May want to give them a call or go on their website
Reasonable fees. All monies collected go towards future care of current animals.
