Is your facility a no kill shelter? I have two 15 year old cats that are not using the litter box but not all the time. I have tried different things and nothing is working. One is peeing and the other pooping in the basement family room.

I was told that it was a no kill shelter. Very nice people and all are volunteers. If you have food, toys, collars anything to donate, they would be very grateful.
