Jenni is exceptionally friendly, outgoing and organized. She kept us up to date and scheduled us efficiently. I absolutely loved her personality and speaking to her on the phone was an absolute joy. Phil and Nathan are amazing!!!! Nathan picked out our doors and communicated with us the whole time to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Phil and Nathan were both so professional and friendly and worked together beautifully. We had a storm door replaced and an entire rebuild done to replace another door on the side of our home. These two gentlemen worked the entire day on this project on a very warm day, I might add. They rebuilt and designed the frame and installed the door and it came out perfect! We couldn't be happier. The entire time they worked, they were so careful and courteous and really treated our old home and us with the utmost respect. Phil came back 2 days early to install my faucet for me and was just the sweetest man. The faucet works awesome and looks beautiful Phil!!! Phil and Nathan cleaned everything up after they had worked all day. You couldn't even tell that there had been construction going on after they were finished. I would highly recommend this company and these two exceptional gentleman. We are so pleased and grateful to have found them. I know who I will call whenever I need project help in the future without a doubt!!!!

Made an appt to get an estimate, the handyman didn't show up or call. So I rescheduled another appt and they stood me up a 2nd time no call from them. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience overall!

Called for a service. I had to repeat my information to the woman several times—she sounded sleepy or stoned—but she suggested a possible date and said someone would call. The day before the date, I called to see what was happening. I managed to get a date and time. But a few hours before the appointment, the handyman canceled because he had another appointment at that time. Disorganized and a waste of time.
