Everyone is very friendly and nice. Looking forward to having A-4 Animal Hospital as our vet for many more years to come.

Great place and very friendly staff. I have 2 strong dogs who definitely like to pull a lot and get too excited around other people or dogs, and I always appreciate the assistance they give me with the dogs. Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because I called one evening with a concern I had with one of my dogs. I didn’t know how urgent it was to get him looked at, which is why I called. The lady who answered the phone assured me the doctor would call me back that same evening. He did not. I was very disappointed and even considered calling a different place or taking him to the 24 hour hospital. My husband talked me out of it of course, and the doctor did not call back until closer to noon or so the next day. The matter did not turn out to be as urgent as I thought, which I’m grateful for, but had I received that call as promised, I wouldn’t have spent rest of the night so concerned and disappointed. Other than that one instance it’s a great place. I am willing to come back and give a new review (and hopefully 5 stars) after some time passes.

My sugar gliders were in good hands nice and respectful and clean.

A physical exam is $47 but that's not including anything else. AWESOME staff though so it's worth it
Gove them a call they will go out of their way to help you
You'll need to call and ask.
Yes, sugar gliders are considered exotic animals
I would think so. I had a bird with a broken leg and Dr Brad was able to fix it. A bird has to be harder to do than a cat. I mean if he can fix a birds leg he should be able to fix a cat
You would have to call them. They have been reasonable on our dogs.
Not sure about the cost for a cockatiel but I just had my flemish giant bunny in for a wellness check and it was only $50. A-4 is the best place in lincoln to take any bird, they are the best period. I have always taken my birds and other critters to them and will continue to do so. Only the best for my babies!
Yes they took very good care of my fuzzbutts! But I don't really recall prices. Hope this helps.
Yes!!! Dr Catie, she's really good!
Yes but you can usually get right in
Yeah i think they might be the only avian and reptile vet in town. My boyfriend takes his tortoise there
Yes they take care of exotics I've been taking my pets there for over 10 years and they are awesome! The vets and staff are very caring and reasonably priced.
I know they charge $10 a night for a parrot
