There is no way to contact them. This means that they don't consider themselves accountable to the people. I am sure about that they do not give any importance to the public opinion and people's reviews like this comment, and they probably don't even look at them at all. On the other hand, they are mostly a lazy and inefficient group who systematically oppress people just because of a job position that they have obtained not by their competency but because of relationships and tastes. They may even complete a task in a year what actually only requires about five minutes to be completed. This low performance actually wastes the national wealth.

Mines been processing since august of last year. I managed to submit a service request on 6/21 and they told me to wait, they were working on petitions filed on july 22nd 2018 on that day. What really infuriates me is that they extended their processing window from 10 months to 13 months. My wife is just waiting in the phillipines, i havent seen her since december except on video chat. Is this what my taxes and fees pay for? For me to arbitrarily hold off on building my future? Millions apply for change of atatus while in the states but theres no short term Visa allowed for my wife to live with me and finish the i130 process here. Ive called 19 lawyers, been on hold with uscis for 2 hours at least 8 times and contacted the embassy in manila.. they all tell me to wait. Thanks, yeah.. ive been waiting since august of last year. Were not going to be together on our 1 year anniversery thanks to this.

Timeframes for US citizens that file are 2 to 7 months, permanent residents that file are 2 and half to 7 months. If you go on USCIS website you will see all the processing time for each location.

Hello I can transfer my case from California center to Nebraska center?
On April 26 they approved it
The website as of this week was showing processing times for the Nebraska service center as it pertains to the 1-751 removal of conditions. The date shown this week was March 4th 2017. but as of today it is no longer listing this on the processing times website, just California and Vermont again. California is now showing December 2016. I too am waiting for my wife's release of conditions as we filed in March 2017. I am hopeful the listed date I saw this week is accurate which means they will reach her filing date in a couple weeks.
