Same Boat Here, My date was June 6th 2018. Lawyer submitted an inquiry - response from them was "if you dont here anything in another 60 days submit another inquiry"
I'm in the same boat. My date was for June 8, 2018. I contacted them was just told to wait.
Our date was July 9,2018 the processing date is August. We followed up many times but they keep on telling us to wait.omfg
Same here. Hubby file petition July 6 2018 but till now we are still waiting.
Same here. My date is for June 6th, 2018 and they are processing for case in July 2018. I called them and I was told to fill out the outside of normal processing time inquire and to call them again if I don’t hear anything from them in about a month. It’s almost 12 months now and the online days it usually takes 7.5 to 10 months. If anyone else heard anything about their case form I130 then please let me know
