Mines been processing since august of last year. I managed to submit a service request on 6/21 and they told me to wait, they were working on petitions filed on july 22nd 2018 on that day. What really infuriates me is that they extended their processing window from 10 months to 13 months. My wife is just waiting in the phillipines, i havent seen her since december except on video chat. Is this what my taxes and fees pay for? For me to arbitrarily hold off on building my future? Millions apply for change of atatus while in the states but theres no short term Visa allowed for my wife to live with me and finish the i130 process here. Ive called 19 lawyers, been on hold with uscis for 2 hours at least 8 times and contacted the embassy in manila.. they all tell me to wait. Thanks, yeah.. ive been waiting since august of last year. Were not going to be together on our 1 year anniversery thanks to this.

I m still waiting for my EAD PD June 24.
I really will be appreciated if anybody in the similar situation can tell me how long my case will get a response. The case has being processed since April of 2018 and they send me a request for evidence on April 2019. It showed on web that they received my RFE document on June 2019 and I haven't get any updates since then. It is Nov 22 today and I am wondering what makes it so difficult for the officers to make their decision for 19 months?

mine has been pending for almost 12 months. Although the max processing time they posted online is 10 months, but I haven't heard anything or received any letters from them yet. Guess probably over 1 year for processing I-130 at this service center.
