Im extremely upset with Dawn the groomer there who shaved off my schnauzers whiskers off completely! I can’t believe my eyes when I came to pick up my dog and his face was completely buzzed. Terrible! Any professional dog establishment should know better! Read them going there for years we will never be going back! Dawn should get fired!

I love this office. The staff is professional, friendly, caring and show genuine compassion for pets and pet owners. I know my fur-babies are well cared for, and the price is reasonable especially when you have multiple pets. Thank you for always making us feel welcomed, safe and secure, like family.

I just love Dr. Jody. She truly cares about your pet and does everything possible to give them the care they deserve and what you want. I have a senior dog that is going through some health issues right now, and I couldn't be happier with the treatment she is getting. While I know her time is limited, I want her to have the best quality of life she can in the time she has. All of the staff are just as compassionate and caring, which helps when you're going through a tough time with your pet.

I just need to know how much the exam was also I just need the front claws done my cat is 10 months old , she doesn't look like a ten months old she looks older I had got her threw capital humaicity on highway 2 . I have the paperwork from them
Brad, Thanks for taking time to write this review. I am sorry it has taken so long to send a response. I went back and looked at Ash's records yesterday and on 11/16/2018 (which is timed stamped and cannot be put in at a later time). Taylor who is a staff member and is in her 2nd year of vet school called and left a message. She indicated that the test was positive for Giardia and requested at that time to call us back to further discuss the Giardia infection. I am sorry you did not pick up this message.
