You guys failed to mention that giardia is contagious to humans and to our 3 other animals. This is NOT good service. The more I Google on this the more I realize how much was failed to mention. I was told give my cat 5 days worth of medicine.

Brad, Thanks for taking time to write this review. I am sorry it has taken so long to send a response. I went back and looked at Ash's records yesterday and on 11/16/2018 (which is timed stamped and cannot be put in at a later time). Taylor who is a staff member and is in her 2nd year of vet school called and left a message. She indicated that the test was positive for Giardia and requested at that time to call us back to further discuss the Giardia infection. I am sorry you did not pick up this message. I have sent you a copy of Ash's records for your examination. Daniel L Otto DVM
