Ridiculous.....despite at least 5 employees, fruitless wait nearly of 30 minutes ended in wasted stop. No wonder Best Buy and others are excelling in sales!Hi Guy, sorry for the wait. Our goal is for your store experience to be quick and easy. We're disappointed we didn't hit the mark this time. We hope you'll give us another chance for excellent service in the future.

This store is the worst. You have to wait to talk to the person outside before you can even enter the store... Then there will be no less than a 20 minute wait to actually speak to someone inside the store. I was there when there was one other person that was currently being helped and three other staff standing around and was told I would have to wait another 20 minutes.
